Packing and unpacking, done properly
Packing is the part of a move that eats evenings. Our crew packs a kitchen in a fraction of the time it takes a household, and packs it so that the glassware arrives whole.
What this covers
Book packing on its own or as part of a move. We can pack everything, or just the rooms you do not want to face.
- Full-house or room-by-room packing
- Kitchens, glassware and crockery wrapped individually
- Wardrobe and linen packing
- Artwork, mirrors and lamps protected separately
- Unpacking and placing at the new home
- Removal of used boxes and wrap when we are done
How a job runs
- 1
Choose what we pack
Everything, or the kitchen and the breakables while you handle the rest.
- 2
We pack and label
Boxes are labelled by room and contents so unpacking is a matter of reading the lid.
- 3
Unpack and set up
On delivery day we unpack what you want unpacked and take the empties away.
Good to know
Do you bring the boxes?
Yes. Boxes, shrink wrap, bubble wrap and tape are all available, see packaging materials.
How long does packing take?
A typical three-bedroom home is a day with two packers. We confirm the time when we quote.
Can you pack the day before?
Yes, and for larger homes that is what we recommend.
