Rope-access and crane deliveries for high-rise and no-lift buildings
Plenty of Perth apartments have a lift that fits people and a stairwell that fits nothing else. When a sofa, a benchtop or a piano will not make the turn, we bring it in over the balcony: rigged, wrapped and lowered or lifted on rope, or by crane for the biggest pieces.

What this covers
The photo on this page is one of ours: a wrapped timber bench on its way down from an upper floor. No scuffed stairwell, no removed balustrade, no damaged piece.
- Rope-access lifting and lowering via balconies and windows
- Crane-assisted lifts for oversized or very heavy pieces
- High-rise apartments and walk-up buildings without lifts
- Sofas, benchtops, pianos, beds and large artwork
- Full wrapping before anything leaves the floor
- Coordination with building management for access

Good to know
Is it safe?
Pieces are wrapped and rigged, lines are checked and the area below is kept clear. It is routine work for us and often safer for the item than a tight stairwell.
How high can you go?
Rope access covers most apartment floors. For very high or very heavy lifts we arrange a crane.
Does the building need to approve it?
Usually, yes. We can speak to your building manager about timing and the area below.
